How far in advance should I book?
For weekend events, 2+ weeks notice is recommended. Multi-day events and travel require 1+ month notice preferred. However, we understand events can come up quickly and will work with you when possible—just reach out and let's discuss your situation.
How does your pricing work?
I cover my costs first, then price based on your community's capacity. Good networking opportunities, positive karma, and genuine passion all factor into fair pricing. Every situation is unique—let's talk about what works for your program.
How quickly can I receive photos?
Complete edited galleries are delivered within 48 hours for most events. For teams needing same-day social media content, we can provide a selection of quick-edit photos within 4-6 hours of event conclusion.
What's your experience in pageantry arts?
Nearly a decade as a performer, then a decade teaching. I hyperfocus on projects and steep myself in community lore—I understand the rhythm of preparation, can anticipate breakthrough moments, and know what makes passionate communities special.
Do you travel outside of Colorado?
Absolutely! I'm open to travel anywhere for the right project. Distance isn't a barrier when there's a great story to document. Let's discuss your event and work out the logistics together.
What's included in event coverage?
All packages include professional photography throughout the event, professional editing, and a private online gallery for download. You also receive usage rights for promotional and social media use—the photos are yours to use as you need.
